What you wouldn't want to see in a concrete driveway!

The picture provided is a settlement crack along the top left corner of a driveway.  The soil to the left of the driveway is oversaturated  and has made a cavity under the concrete driveway slab resulting in the slab to settle.  A great way to fix and to prevent any future settling issues, is to install a French drain to direct the settling water to the street or gutter and away from the driveway.
